Refund policy
PLEASE NOTE: ORDERS CANNOT BE CHANGED, MODIFIED OR CANCELLED AFTER CHECKOUT.
RETURNS:
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 2 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. If you receive a defective item, you must include a photo of the damage/defect in the email.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unwashed, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Lettie Grays only accepts returns for 14 days once you have received your order.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

EXCHANGES:
Lettie Grays does not offer exchanges for other styles or sizes. You must issue a return.
FINAL SALE
Final sale purchases cannot be returned. Final sale purchases include:
-Sale items/Items marked as final sale
-Hats/Hair Accessories
-Swimsuits
-Seasonal/Holiday Items
-Preorder items on our Facebook VIP page
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on merchandise purchased with a gift card.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 14 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at lettiegray@lettieco.com.
